2. Expect an intake review
We review new patient intake requests within 48 business hours. The team will discuss insurance eligibility and the next available step.
3. Schedule your first visit
Once intake is reviewed, the team will help schedule an appointment. Telemedicine may be available when appropriate.
For urgent medical or mental health emergencies, call 911. The patient form is not monitored for emergency needs.
